We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to join a prestigious country estate in southeast Cornwall.

Role Overview:
As the Marketing and Communications Manager, you'll be instrumental in bringing the estate's vision to life. Your creativity, strategic mindset, and exceptional communication skills will be crucial in developing and implementing the annual marketing plan. Focusing on the estate's vibrant hospitality business, you'll engage with diverse channels to increase awareness and occupancy rates. As well as collaborating with the Sales Manager to shape the future of this innovative country estate.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll craft and execute an annual marketing plan aligned with sales and marketing strategies. Your expertise will be integral in managing and curating engaging content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. As a community manager, you'll nurture meaningful engagement with the online community. You'll also develop compelling content for digital channels, coordinating photo shoots, drafting press releases, creating website content, and producing client newsletters.
Your strong relationships with media outlets and journalists will help you distribute press releases every two months and develop lasting connections. Collaborating with the Sales Manager, you'll identify business opportunities through new partnerships to expand the customer database. Your efforts will contribute to enhancing the estate's online presence through online listing providers and other platforms.
You'll provide monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including website traffic, occupancy rates, and more. As well as responding to customer reviews on platforms like TripAdvisor and Google. Effective management and tracking of the marketing budget, along with regular reporting to the Sales Manager and Finance Director.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you'll need a minimum of 4 years' experience in managing social media, content development, and email marketing. You'll be proficient utilising Google Analytics and SEO. That combined with your PR knowledge, will drive the estate's marketing efforts. As well as familiarity with tools like Word Press, Canva, and MailChimp.
And your proven track record in creating and executing marketing and communication plans will be showcased. Your excellent communication, organisational, and financial skills will enable you to thrive in a dynamic environment. Your attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines will be crucial, and your smart personal presentation with a friendly demeanour will contribute to the estate's welcoming atmosphere.
Benefits:
As a Marketing and Communications Manager, you'll enjoy a competitive remuneration package (£32,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience). Part-time options are available, remunerated pro rata. You'll receive 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays. Engage in weekly fitness sessions with the team and relish the support of an office-based work environment.
