We’re looking for an experienced recruiter to join the Rustic and Rural team. 

Rustic and Rural is a successful, independent business specialising in marketing, PR, digital and creative recruitment within the agricultural and sustainability sectors. We are based in beautiful Clifton Village – right next to The Ivy!  You can park on surrounding roads using a permit that we’ll pay for.

We’re not your typical recruitment agency, we don’t work to individual targets, nor expect you call a certain number of clients or candidates each day. We focus on being consultative to our clients and candidates as well as strive to be the best in our industry. Here at Rustic and Rural, we run a very flat structure, there’s no real hierarchy. We all work collaboratively to support each other and the business needs.

What else will you do? 

We have SO much business to work on and loads of other plans in the pipeline that we simply don’t have the time to action it yet. But with your help, we can move forward with everything. Moxie and Mettle is our other business, which specialises in recruitment in all types of sector, including automotive, retail, and hospitality. If you have an interest in these areas you can also get involved with this project.

You will spend the majority of your time interviewing and matching candidates to jobs, not so much on the business development side (unless of course you wanted to)!

You need to have and/or be:

• Experienced in recruitment, either in-house or agency
• Exceptional communication skills, verbally and in writing
• A natural interest in marketing, PR and digital sectors
• Happy in a full-time office based role working with a small team
• As happy talking to a senior marketing executive as an entry-level graduate
