Exciting opportunity at a growing environmental PR agency based in the South West of the UK as the next PR Account Manager!

We are seeking a talented and motivated Clean Tech/Green Energy PR Account Manager to join this dynamic team.

As a PR Account Manager, you will play a critical role in building and executing strategic communications campaigns for clean tech and green energy clients. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, media, and influencers, as well as leading the planning, implementation, and measurement of successful PR programs.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies that support the business objectives of clean tech and green energy clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, media, and influencers
• Conduct media outreach and secure coverage for clients in key trade, business, and consumer media outlets
• Lead the planning and execution of successful PR programs and events
• Develop and distribute thought leadership content to build brand awareness and credibility
• Monitor and report on media coverage and industry trends to inform client strategy
• Collaborate with other departments, such as digital and creative, to ensure a integrated approach to PR and marketing efforts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
• Probably two or three years of PR experience, with a focus on clean tech and/or green energy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• As well as strong media relationships and experience securing coverage in key outlets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
• Passion for clean tech and green energy, and a commitment to making a positive impact
