Lynda has over 30 years’ experience as a professional PA and Office Manager, working in both the UK and in Spain. During much of this time, Lynda worked in the Marketing, PR and Creative recruitment industry and brings a wealth of knowledge of the creative sector. Lynda also works for the Bristol Media team and provides daily administrative support.  Lynda is also a keen equine enthusiast, and loves walking!

Liz Gadd

Founder

Liz has been working in recruitment for just over 30 years! With a previous career in PR and marketing roles, and since then as a recruiter for office, creative, marketing, digital, PR and communications people, Liz has been busy meeting and placing both permanent and freelance candidates throughout the UK.

Able to advise on all aspects of the recruitment process and highly skilled in sourcing great talent, Liz has worked with agencies and client companies recruiting at all levels.

An award-winning recruitment consultant, Liz is keen to help clients find great talent at all levels, and previously owned and ran Equine Canine and Country Group, both an equestrian magazine and a land-based recruitment agency. 

Rebecca Hodgson

MD/Founder

Having had nine very happy years working with colleagues she still calls her friends, she went on to have her twin boys.

Rebecca then spent some time with another niche marketing recruiter Xchangteam before founding Pure Marketing Recruitment Ltd in 2012.

Rebecca and Liz have collaborated and worked together for several years, since first meeting at Clifton Parke, and then working together at Xchangeteam. They share the same values, in that they want to provide a genuine and honest recruitment service whilst working in an environment that generates positivity and enthusiasm, hence Moxie and Mettle Limited was born, and launched in June 2017.

PR & Social Manager

Polly is a PR whizz, copywriter & Digital Content Creator, she has a First Class Degree in Journalism and PR and specialises in consumer lifestyle PR for interiors, travel, food, beauty and lifestyle brands, as well as offering support and advice to both Moxie and Mettle and Rustic and Rural – Polly is a keen horse-rider, a super happy dog owner and loves country life.
