A 3-month fixed term contract Paid Digital Media Manager to join a fantastic charity.
The role can be offered as full-time or 3 days a week pro rata for the right candidate, for a FTC of 3 months. Ideally to start in January.
This role will offer support by delivering paid-for digital marketing activity for membership recruitment, collaborating closely with the membership marketing and retention team to maximise the generation of membership income and supporting on wider projects to utilise paid digital media to achieve goals.
What you’ll need:
- Obviously previous experience within paid digital media!
- Be skilled in initiating and presenting a robust testing plan for optimisation of journeys
- Strong working knowledge of audience segmentation to ensure engagement and conversion through Paid Media.
- Knowledge of systems and software that supports the management and delivery of paid media, including Segmentation and Artificial intelligence
- Experience of owning the performance output for a channel, optimisation across all paid digital platforms utilising insight from a range of sources (Google Analytics and other tools) to develop, implement and improve capability (and user journeys) that help achieve objectives.
About the role:
The Paid Digital Media Manager will focus specifically on delivering advertising that reaches and converts new audiences, using a range of targeting techniques including macro demographic and interest-based targeting, as well as micro audience segmentation-based targeting and retargeting techniques.
Work closely with the digital media agency to ensure that the activity is monitored closely and optimised regularly to maximise its impact and ROI.
Paid digital media has been core to the marketing approach for membership recruitment, helping to deliver significant income for the charity and reach new audiences. As part of a new corporate strategy, there is a need to reach and engage even more people, including more diverse audiences, to help encourage and grow support for tackling the nature and climate crisis that we face.
In this role you will be responsible for helping to implement this strategy, managing the media agency at the delivery level, and working colleagues to set up and deliver innovative targeting and creative solutions to engage these new and diverse audiences.
